If you see someone wearing a shirt that says "Community is our Middle Name," it’s because we truly believe in serving others. From volunteering on a ministry team to stepping outside the walls of the church—whether it’s providing meals for the unhoused, serving at a local school, or joining an outreach project—there are plenty of ways to get involved.
We also pursue opportunities to live out God’s mission through short-term trips and special projects that make a real impact, near and far.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

The best place to start is to attend our C3 Connect Class to learn about the mission and vision of Cityview Community Church.  In this class you will learn about volunteer opportunities, meet key ministry leaders, and find out where you can best use your giftings to serve.

How do I volunteer with kids?

All of our ministry volunteers are background checked and screened to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our youngest church goers.  If you would like to find out more about working with the children's ministry, please contact Pastor Witney.

How do I volunteer with music?

If you are interested in being a part of the worship ministry or sound team, we have an extended worship practice each month.  You can contact Pastor Amber about attending these practices, and what areas we are needing volunteers for these teams.

How do I volunteer with students?

Youth groups can be loud, exciting, and full of fun games and lessons.  If you want to be a part of this team, contact Pastor Caden to see how you can get involved.  Our volunteers must undergo special training for working with this age group as well as a background check.
