Leadership

Pastors & Staff

Chris and Amber Snow

Lead Pastors

Since April 2008, this dedicated pair has been integral to the Cityview community. With over 25 years of experience serving together in ministry, they have devoted their lives to working with children, youth, and leading worship. Their journey led to their appointment as Lead Pastors in 2024, where they continue to serve the church with passion and commitment.

Gary and Kathy Word

Pastor Emeritus - Care Pastors

For 16 years, this devoted couple guided Cityview Community Church with unwavering dedication, serving until early summer of 2024 as part of their extraordinary 35-year pastoral ministry. We are incredibly blessed to have them continue on our ministry team. Kathy serves as our financial secretary while her and Gary continue to teach, and help reach those in need of pastoral care.

Caden and PJ Snow

Youth Pastors

This couple serves as dedicated teachers in the MWISD, with a deep passion for reaching and inspiring youth in their community. Having grown up in ministry with pastor parents, they both share a strong foundation in faith. They graduated from Nelson University (formerly SAGU), where they focused on biblical studies, music, education, and children and family ministry.

Tony and Mari Hernandez

Outreach Pastors

This dynamic duo serves in our outreach ministry, Español Small Group, and as one of the first faces you'll see on Sunday mornings. Balancing their commitment to the church, they operate their HVAC business and work as a private care assistant. Beyond that, they generously volunteer their time local Faith Based organizations such as Center of Life and Addiction Recover Ministries (ARMS).

Witney and Will Queen

Children's Pastors

Seeing kids grow in their relationship with the Lord is what fuels Witney and Will’s passion for ministry. Alongside their two children, they love creating a space where kids can encounter Jesus and build a lifelong faith foundation. While attending and after graduating from Nelson University (formerly SAGU), this couple has partnered together to serve in both kids and youth ministry—inside the church and beyond. With professional backgrounds as behavioral therapists and child advocates, they bring a unique blend of spiritual guidance and practical care to every child they minister to, making the love of Christ real and tangible for the next generation.
